An impressive sight!

We got an email early this morning from Dave saying that we might enjoy hanging out on the water on Hickam Airforce Base. We stopped at McDonalds to pick up breakfast so that we would not miss the excitement. About 10 minutes after we arrived the USS John C. Stennis came into view. The carrier pulled into Pearl Harbor for a short port call, I think... It was amazing to see the carrier so close and moving so fast. The sailors were manning the rails and the jets all in perfect formation on the flight deck. It was quite impressive. Hope you can get a sense of it all in these photos.
