Metamorphosis

Colin's class got a few new class pets this week, some Monarch caterpillars that his teacher got at the Farmer's Market. They have learned so much about them already. I knew that there were 2 silk weed plants at church. So, this afternoon after I got the church ready for services tomorrow, we headed over to the playground in search of caterpillars. We found 3 lucky creatures that are now residing, with their very own sticks and many leaves, on our island. We are all very excited to see what will happen over the next few weeks!
